Alex and I decided to create this form of podcast where you get a peak at some of the daily things I do in a day, with a voice over of us discussing some of our philosophies, lessons learned, hierarchy of training etc...
This being the first documentary/podcast we just allowed ourselves to free style with no script on what we were to discuss. We ended up covering a good amount of time on the hierarchy of training or what we feel is most important

In the end of the video you can see me battling this work out
64 pull ups + 8 OHS 205/135 (regional event 2014) rest 1 minute then
28 pistols + 15 p cleans 115/80# (regional event 2016 also my worst performance)
