HERE IS OUR FAV MEAT STUFFING RECIPE 

1:1 ratio of ground beef and ground pork sausage  (make sure both are good lean and low fat)

1 regular sausage

1 ham stake (cut in very small cubes)

½ cup of celery

½ onion

Salt and garlic salt

In a big pan put ground beef and ground pork beef with ham and sausage to cook. When ready add celery, onion, salt and garlic salt.

When cooked and ready add ½ cup of raisins and ½ cup of pecans
